When a Calydon dies, the body is absorbed into the earth, giving the semblance of disappearance, and the only part of the person that remains is the spirit with memories of the last minutes of life, including the actual death. The spirit bonds to an object of the earth such as a rock. Another Calydon can read the memories in the mjui by shoving it into an open wound on his own body. If the mjui accepts this person, it dissolves. Then the person will dream the memories.
